Lately, I found out the last Minecraft version to work on Windows XP was a 1.7 version. And I got it to work using a 1.7.2 client without crashing. Playing on servers that can still use 1.7 also.

This morning, I tried to launch it, stable internet connection, nothing. On a different WiFi it launched but couldnt connect to a server at all (all servers i have) for some reason. Thats the start. Later, it refuses to launch at all and is either not loading or stuck at a white screen on the launcher. The only time it will even start if i click run as then click ok to use my user account to launch it, I am the owner and administartor of the computer. Please help!
