Recently my laptop started running very slow and locking up on me so I attempted a system restore but it locked up during the restore. I ended up shutting it down and when it restarted, all I get is a background for my desktop and an error message that the "BROUSEII.dll" is missing.

I tried to reboot it from the XP CD but it still does the same thing.

How can I get this file reinstalled?
