Missing dll file

    Hello guys, i'm new to this forum... (excuse my english please) i have a liltle problem that i can't solve it..

    when i try to enter any application opera//chrome//skype or any game i get the following error => c:\windows\system32\nvspcap.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. here is an snapshot [​IMG]
