Hi there, I seem to be missing Shw.dll and also may need to reinstall: C:\Progra~1\Access~1\BACKUP\MSBACKUP.EXE but I haven't a clue as to where to find these.
Can anyone help and what is this dll for?
    Thanks a lot.

    Hi Carrie-ann.

You're probably not missing the dll, but it very likely was part of a program you uninstalled, but was removed incompletely.

If we're to get somewhere here, we need to see your startups:

Go to Start/run, and type Msinfo32, followed by OK.
    Go to Software Environment/Startup Programs.
Now click Edit/'Select all', and then 'copy'
Paste the contents in your post.

    Good luck,
