Im sure Im posting in the wrong place but I need to know how to remove temp. internet files. not in safemode not in system tools there must be another way I could try in safe mode but how do I get out of safe mode once Im in it
safe mode din`t do it I called HP they had me go to internet options deliete`d all cookies all temp files, Went to systems tools, Disk cleanup screen came up stoped at 4 green bars
computer become`s slugish for about 5-10 min. I was disconnected from HP Had trouble understanding the acent of the women.I hope she was`nt mad So I found I can work around the problem but disk cleanup doesnot work.I that all I can do?
I had a problem awhile back with deleting temp files, turned out it was because I had norton protection running on the recycle bin.
Don't know if this applies in your case, but if so trying turning off norton protection for your recycle bin.
