missing files

fdisked a used laptop today and loaded Windows 98 and reloaded it several times to try to find missing files. I know have it down to 3 files missing

VNETSUP.VXD
DFS.VXD
VNETBIOS.VXD

I guess my question is this can I download these files from somewhere
