I created a folder & now it's missing!

Did this happened once or multiple times? Why are you creating a Pictures folder instead a folder already named Pictures?

There was a picture that I had deleted previously and it reappeared So I created a new pictures folder thinking the original was some how corrupted. I eventually figured out how to permanently delete the picture that reappeared so I restored the original folder that I thought was corrupted. When I went to delete the folder I created the error message popped up!

That sounds like a mess. Reboot and try deleting it again.

I had a friend that decided to delete his "MY pictures and "My document folders in VISTA and talk about a mess, Finally had to complexly reinstall his operating system!
