Missing Game Port

    I am running windowsXP and I am trying to install a game steering wheel and when I go to do that I get a message that says......"Missing game port or game port driver" What does that meen and what do I need to do. It also says...."gameport drivers not properly configured" Consult device manager.

    The Game port is located on the sound card. What make and model sound card do you have? Have you go into Device Manager and checked the status of the Game port? You may need to download and install an updated driver, which you can get from the vendor's web site. The Device Manager can be accessed by depressing the Windows+Break keys, then select the Hardware tab, and click the Device Manager button.
