Missing Icons

    I have icons that are not loading in my taskbar. When I check msconfig, under startup, everything is checked to be loaded. However, no icons are loaded even though task manager shows the services loaded and running. They seem to come and go at random. Please help

    have you tried right clicking on the task bar,click on properties,select task bar, click on customize,& see what settings you have for all the icons.
    i have mine set to hide when inactive,but you could have always hide or always show.

    hope that helps.

    That setting is fine. It appears and disappears at random. Even though the process is running in the back ground.
