Missing pin on monitor

    Missing pin on the monitor plugin, could this be causing my graphics card to fail when I try to play games or anything.....

    Has the pin always been missing, or did it just recently break? If it's supposed to be there and isn't, most likely something like that wouldn't cause errors, it would just cause the video to not function properly.

    You do realize of course, not all the pins are present on most monitor cables, right? I just checked the nearest monitor that isn't connected, and there are three missing pins, that's normal.
