Missing task bar options on XP/I.E.7

    At the moment I am having some serious problems with my laptop.

    The option to Turn Off Computer is missing from the taskbar, and whenever I click on a link on Google a new page opens up, related to the content of the link i clicked, but not the actual link itself (That still loads up (slowly) on the original window).

    I have run HijackThis and have included the log below:
