When I set Mobile hotspot on "Open", all devices can connect to it normally with no problem. However, when setting a password on my mobile hotspot, no device can connect. (When connecting to my PC-windows-, it says "Can't connect to this network".
I'm starting to wonder wether it's a virus or anything related to it!
    Please help me.
    Phone model: Galaxy J4 2018
When set on password the secirity is WPA2 PSK
my broadcast channel is set on 2.4Hz and there are numbers from 1 to 11 but they are also set on Automatic.

You are saying you cannot connect your Windows to the Galaxy Hotspot, correct? Check that Windows WiFi is using WPA2. Check that your Windows WiFi adapter properties is set to use DHCP automatically obtain IP and automatically setup DNS.
