I am trying to get an upgrade for a mobo. I don`t have windows installed. I`m trying to find a manufacturer name and model no. by physically checking the board. What i see is intel pcichip set and cirrus logic. How do i know what the actual manufacturer and model no. are?

There might be a sticker on the bottom-side of one of the PCI slots as well. That, or another place I see them alot is next to/on top of the mouse/keyboard/printer/USB connectors on the mobo.
