Video Card: i forget but it worked before i got new stuff

Over the holidays, i bought new parts to build a computer.(Everything is new except the Video Card) When i went to go turn it on, the motherboard lit up with a green light all the fans were working( even the one on the video card) but my monitor receives no signal

    Tried:
    New moniter
    new video card
    Turning off and on lol
    unplugging and replugging
holding power button then turning on
    switched ram
    realigned CPU
booted up with just vidoecard cpu ram

Did you try with just one RAM stick in?

Try resting bios with motherboard jumper/battery.

Did you plug in the smaller motherboard power plug?
