Monitor acting slow and blinking

I just bought a pc it was working well but then after using it for a few days the monitor started to blink and become slow and it’s very annoying and I don’t know how to fix it

Please tell us the brands and model numbers of your PC and monitor. Also let us know if you made any changes to the hardware, or installed any software.

Please download, and run our TSG Info utility. Then copy the results and paste the results to your next reply. This will give us additional details about your hardware and operating system.

the pc was custom made that i bought at ibuypower and the monitor is a dell s322dgf and i recently switched my cpu to a ryzen 7 3800x
