Looking to purchase an lcd monitor at a budget of £200-250

has to be widescreen, with a fast response time(2ms) with a high contrast ratio

The monitor will stand on a high shelf, so i will need to be able to tilt the monitor down.

I have picked one out.. tell me what you think? maybe you have found better, cheaper ones somewhere else.

is this the same one exactly, only style different, 10' more viewing angle?
