Good afternoon,

I have been experiencing some trouble with my monitor since yesterday. I only get a black screen with the out of range message on it.

Already tried a ton of things such as a safe boot (works temporaily, get the error again at a normal boot) and driver updates. I already tried to adjust the refresh rate, but it is already at 60hz and i don't have any other option available in the dropdown box.

Specs shown in the image on the bottom.20181115_123515.jpg 20181114_205243.jpg 20181115_124145.jpg 20181114_205239.jpg 20181115_124151.jpg 20181115_130025.jpg

Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this?

Thanks in advance,

Julia

Or you can try getting into BIOS settings and enable there the multi monitor and select the IGD type.
