Monitor vs TV

I am just wandering, what type of Tv would work best for a computer monitor to use to download and view construction plans. Regular computer monitors are not big enough, so I figured a big screen TV may work , but was not for sure.

Hello and welcome to TSG!!

Usually you will get better resolution with a computer monitor, but having said that, most anyt TV will have a spare HDMI port that you can connect to your PC.

My niece works from home with spread sheets, She bought two 32" TV's from walmart last year on sale for $105 each and is happy with them. I noticed the TV prices have gone up with everything else
