So i went to install vista on my computer to dual boot. I used diskpart to create another partition on my hard drive. 1 with XP (26g), the other empty partition (26g). I went to install vista on my empty partition (volume 1 partition 1) and it came up with an error stating that windows vista could not locate a hard disk to store temporary files. This doesnt make sense because my empty partition is on my hard disk.

Any help is appreciated thank you.
