About the AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core Processor 5600+. From the most I could find, it runs at 2.8GHz. But since it's dual core, does that mean it has 2 and both are running at 2.8GHz?

So if it's integrated, it's not as good as regular video card?

Integrated video cards are really bad for games. They are small and the regular video card is big.
