more than one email accounts on outlook 2000

I cannot receive on one of my comcast emails accounts

You have to provide more information for people to help.

Is the account setup correct in Outlook? Are the server names, username, and password all correct? Did you try retyping the information?
Has the account ever worked?
Can you log into the account using Comcast's web mail interface?
What is the error message you get when trying to receive messages?
Can you send messages?

I wanted you to place a check in the checkbox not remove it. Like they were specifying before you will have to elaborate more before we can really help you. Right now it is like we are playing "Batleship" and shooting random shots in the water hoping that we will get a hit. Are you getting an error message? Is it telling you, that you forgot your cover sheets on your TPS report?
