Motherboard ID ?

    Hello There, I have a spare computer that i'am having problems with, It boot's up to the bio's but will not go far enough for me to put an operating system on. I have checked the MB inside the computer looking for a manufactor name. And without taking it out how do i find the maker? I installed a new floppy,cd-rom it boot's into the bio's and always comes up with invalid system disk. Thats it. Can someone please help? :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

    can run an online search for the bios string....not where I can find the link for you at the moment but you should find a link fairly quickly with google.
