My mouse keeps getting 'stuck' when I click. It's as if I've got ClickLock on, but I made sure it's off. It's getting pretty annoying, because half of the icons or files I click on randomly get stuck to my ponter or accidentally dragged and copied somewhere. I've got a practically new Logitech optical wheel mouse (USB). Please let me know if there's anything I can do to fix this problem.

I'd start by either trying the mouse on a different system, or trying a different mouse on that one. It could be a defective mouse switch.

Or you can try uninstalling your mouse, turning of your computer, plugging the mouse into your PS/2 port instead of USB and rebooting with the mouse as a PS/2 mouse.
You won't lose any functions. I have the same mouse and had similar troubles, found out elsewhere that this is a common problem.

When I formatted, I tried the mouse in USB for a laugh and it worked the second time around. Never asked why lol

Now that you mention it belveder, I had the mouse plugged in as PS/2 for a couple months with no problems, and I recently decided to try it as USB, because the PS/2 attachment was a little loose. I guess I can live with the looseness if it stops the mouse sticking. Thanks for the help.
