    Hi all,
I am tutoring an elderly lady. She has never used a computer before and she is having a hard time clicking the mouse. When she has to double click, it is extremely difficult for her to do if fast and hard enough to evoke a response.
Is there some adjustment to the mouse that would make clicking easier for her?
I am teaching her as many easy keyboard shortcuts and she is very receptive to that.
I considered showing her how to just right click to get a menu but this would be one more thing for her to remember.
She has XP home edition, Dell computer.
Any tips, tricks or options would be most welcome.
    Thanks,
    Sylvia

On my Logitech I have mouseware software you can set the speed of the clicking how the pointer moves and how fast it moves etc.
Go to the control panel and click on the mouse icon and open it up and look at each tap to see all the setting you may have.
