hey i dont know if this would come under hardware or software problems but il post it anyways.
basicaly my mouse has been crashing alot recently and iv tried evrything i could think of to fix the problem so i need some help. when i say the mouse crashes i mean more of the cursor does; what will happen is that the cursor will freeze up in the middle of the screen somewhere and will not move, yet when i move my mouse around i can still click on icons and other things, just i cant see where im clicking because the cursor is stuck in the middle of the screen. its a plug-and-play mouse that came with the computer (acer aspire L100) and so there is no installation disk for it. iv tried doing a full anti-virus and anti-spyware scan using avg and i got rid of evrything that it came up with and problem still persists. i brought 2 new computer mice in the hope that they will work, but they crash also. iv also tried doing a diskcleanup and im still waiting for the results of that as iv just finished it. oh and iv bin told to download the latest video card driver but it still crashes.
plz help as i enjoy rts games and cant play them if my mouse keeps crashing!
    thx
    mike
