Got a problem with scrolling through Word docs (Word 97 and Windows 98SE). When I hit the wheel to scroll down a document, I get the black arrowhead and black dot in the bar at the side of the screen, but the problem is that I cannot properly control the pace of the scroll.

When I return the scroll arrowhead to the centre of the vertical bar, the document continues to scroll for a while and stops a second or two later, by which time I am a page past where I want to be. What's weird is that we have another PC also with 98SE and Word 97 and it controls the scroll fine.

I used to have the same problem on a laptop with Windows ME and my guess is this is a common problem, so I am hoping for some quick and easy help from someone out there!
