Me and a buddy were talking the other day about movies. Then we got in the subject of movies you shouldn't like but for some reason you do and even some of these movies you are ashamed to admit you like.
It's that movie, nothing spectacular about it, maybe even labeled as "bad" by friends and critics, that you always find yourself watching when its on and you can't explain why.

    For me:

    eh hem

    The Perfect Storm

Believe it or not I can sit through that movie over and over where most people I talk to say once was enough or even too much. :)

I understand there criticisms too but for some unexplicable reason I like it (actually I think I know the reason I do like it, more of what was going on at the time I first saw it).

    Anybody else care to share?

D/k i think some of those got good reviews.

"Rita Hayworth and Shawshank Redemption" novella by Stephen King. Great read and I thought the movie was good as well.
