I have an excel spreadsheet that has categories separated by ; within a cell. Each time a ; appears I would like to copy that row to a new row with only the one category. some of them contain several. It is column C Business activities. We need to create a classified directory and have the company appear in each category so I would like to copy the row and change the category to reflect only one category per row. Does that make sense to anyone?

Thank you for any help you can offer.

That did not work - I need to take that whole row and copy so that I would end up with a new row with all data for each item in the category column

Please do not start more than one thread for the same issue.
