    Hello All

I just got my first MP3 player and need help !!

I converted my music collection onto my computer about a year ago after reading an article in the Sunday Paper. I downloaded and started using
i-tunes on my XP pro windows os. The software has worked great.

So now I need to download the songs from itunes into Rio mgr software and I am lost. Upon loading the software for the rio, it asks you whether you are running mac or pc os.

Any advice or hints would be greatly appreciated. I am able to locate the files using my rio software, a folder appears and the arrow turns green as if its ready to DL, click it and the arrow goes back to gray and nothing is transferred ??

    Hi Boesman,

For legal reasons, audio files you buy online are not playable on all the audio players.
Each company which sells music online has a list of supported audio players.
If your player is not supported by Apple, you won't be able to play the music you honestly bought :(
Personally, I don't agree with this market policy. It's beyond my understanding.
When you buy an audio CD for example, you are able to play it on whatever CD player you own.
