    Hi! :)
I want to improve the sound quality of my mp3 songs. Some of them sound really "low". Can I possibly increase their "volume"? Is there any programm?

MP3Gain will work for this purpose.

Just for reference, if you are going to rip mp3's from CD's in the future you can increase the quality with the bitrate you choose during the process.

Yes, you can't "increase" the quality of an MP3, you can tinker with the volume.

Actually, the previously mentioned MP3Gain program does a MUCH better job of leveling the gain of an MP3, and it can do a lossless gain adjustment on an existing MP3 file.
