Is there any way that I can speed up Vista when I turn my computer on. I have nothing in the startup.
    Thank you

You don't even have an anti-virus program starting up and running in the background?

Click Start - Run, type in MSCONFIG, then click OK - Startup(tab). How many entries have a checkmark?

Your Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527 laptop supports up to 2048 MB(2 GB) of RAM. Hopefully, you have it maxed out with RAM.

    It uses DDR2 PC2-5300 or DDR2 PC2-4200 SODIMM modules.
