Hi there. I am new at this so please bear with me. I use Microsoft Outlook for all my emails. I have 4 email addresses which I use which are all linked to a main address for incoming mail. My irritation is that if I send one email , the bar at the bottom right of the screen says "Sending 4 Messages"!! If I send 3 emails it says "'Sending 6 Messages" .It looks as if it thinks it is sending the same message from all 4 accounts however the recipients only receive one email so it is not duplicatiing anything. Is there a cure for this or is it another of Microsoft's glitches?

    Welcome to the forum.
The moment you have more than one addresses to synchronize it will process all of these when you either press send or send and recieve.
That is how it works even if you do not have anything to send from the other adresses.
    Works as designed.
