We have a MS Access 2003 database at work that we have been using for years. The switchboard doesn't come up on my computer any more, but if I go log on another computer it works fine. Several other people are having the same issue. Any ideas what the issue may be?

What kind of switchboard is it? A receptionist telephone switchboard, a network cable panel switchboard? Doesn't really matter, but just curious.

Have you tried right clicking on the app and choose properties > compatability tab ?

The Access "switchboard" is controlled by a few things, I always used a Form instead.
But I no longer use a switchboard as it slows down the user's navigation.

Is it a split database?
Have you Repaired & Compacted the database?
Have you tried opening a new database and importing all the objects from the one that doesn't work?
Have you had a Microsoft Update recently?
