Hi,

Everyday i import customers parcel tracking numbers into my database. Once they are in the database i write a query that pulls the the customers email address and the tracking number, that works fine but now i need to send them all an email with there tracking numbers.

The email is a standard to everyone the only difference is the tracking number and obviously the email address.

Take a look at the example database, i need to email everyone in the query.

Can anyone help me with the VBA?

Thank you.

The VBA code would have to send individual emails to the recipients, in which case the Security will be a major issue.
You will need a program like "ClickYes" to automatically answer the security question for each email.

I know that the database is not what you need, but the emailing VBA code should have the elements that you need ie
A loop through a query or table recordset, assigning of a field value to the body of the message, sending the email via Outlook.
Of course I will help you tailor the VBA to your needs.

PS, sorry I see that one uses Word. the other one that would have the elements you need (except it puts all the recipients in the BC or BCC) is this one.
