Hey All,

I'm building a database using MS Access (2003). I have tables and forms to fill in the tables. On one of the forms, I want to be able to preview/print the information that I just typed in the form (the most current record). I have the report built from a query, but I'm guessing that isn't right, since the report only shows the first entry that was put into the form (the first table entry). How do I get it to preview/print from the last entry?

Thanks in advance.

In the query set the table's key field criteria row entry as "=forms![form name]![Key field name]" without the quotes. Ths will set the queries record selection to the current record on the form.

That did it! Thanks for the help. I have a lot more questions, but I'm done for the day.

Thanks again.
