Hi,
Hopefully Dreamboat (or another Office expert) will be able to help with this one.
I have a few machines that, for no obvious reason, seem to freeze for about 15-30 seconds after opening a Word file, Excel file or Outlook.
It doesn't matter if you're opening a new document, or an existing document/worksheet.
I have tried doing a full removal and re-installation of all 3 programs.
I have also tried deleting normal.dot and letting it be re-created.
Someone told me that there is a registry key that has to be deleted and will be re-created by re-installing MS Office, but they weren't sure where it was.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
