MS Outlook 2000

    Hello
    i am trying to archive some old emails using ms outlook 2000 on xp machine but i am getting an error message
    "error while archiving folderinbox in store personal folder.Some items could not be copied,they were either removed or deleted or access denied"
    what went wrong ??

    get windows office xp that comes with outlook xp alot better

    i am archiving the old emails in my inbox ,i saved them as a .pst file in my documents and while doing that i got the error message

    It sounds like the .pst file is corrupted. If I get some time tonight I will post a thread which explains how to correct .pst files and other files that have been corrupted. I will post a link to the thread here for you tonight or tomorrow ;)
