MS Outlook 2007 confusion

    I have a confusion, im using MS Outlook 2007 with using many features and rules for the incoming and outgoing emails. This one is really confusing for me. Read to it step-wise to understand what is going on.

    1- A New Rule is created.
    2- In this rule, emails from a specific person is moved to 'EXTERNAL' folder.
    3- The email is downloaded fine and is also moved to the folder 'EXTERNAL'.
    4- However.. a copy of the same email remains in the Inbox as well. (we dont want this)

    I dont think i've set up anything incorrectly but how to fix this?
    A snapshot of the rule's basic config has been attached with this post kindly advise where i am wrong (if i am).

    i just need to move, not copy, the email from inbox to the selected folder.
    any idea??
