Ms Paint *Set As Wallpaper*

    Is there a way of blocking the set as wallpaper option under windows XP.s paint. Under windows 98 I could simlply modify the binary of ms paint. Now I have XP thee system restricts modofying the binary code. Please email valid answers to [email protected]. First workig answer will get a gmail invite.
