Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.1
OS Version: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, Service Pack 3, 32 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz, x86 Family 15 Model 4 Stepping 1
Processor Count: 1
RAM: 1021 Mb
Graphics Card: Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller, 96 Mb
Hard Drives: C: Total - 38138 MB, Free - 26558 MB;
Motherboard: Dell Computer Corp., 0R8060, , ..CN4811151701MA.
Antivirus: Microsoft Security Essentials, Updated: Yes, On-Demand Scanner: Enabled

I recently reformatted my hard drive and I am trying to re-install MS Publisher 2007 (not a part of the Office Suite). When I fill in my product key, it is not recognized, though I was very careful in entering the right numbers and letters. If this entry needs to be case specific, I am in trouble because I'm not sure which is which from my handwritten notes. Is there some way of getting around this? I had originally registered the product when I bought it a few years ago.
Thanks much,
Warren Cassell

No there is no way around, in not using a key code.
You said that all you have is a handwritten key code?

Make sure or try O and 0, 1, and I, these are most common errors.

And NO they are NOT case specific.

Thanks for the prompt response. Unfortunately, I have no 0's or O's in the key code. I have also posted this query to a MS forum but haven't had any responses.
Cheers,

Warren
