MS Publisher Sending E-mail

Hi all,

Using :Microsoft Publisher 2007
Outlook 2007

Problem: I wish to send a publisher document IN the e-mail. However, the only choice is get is "Send Publication as Attachment" There is supposed to be 3 options under "Send E-mail" - but I only get the one. Any ideas on how to get the other 2 to show up?

Also, is there another option out there on how to send a graphic newsletter out besides Publisher?

Office 2007 has a free add-in to "save as" a .pdf file.

I would recommend using the publisher to create, then attach as a file.

PDF readers are free and plentiful, Publisher is not.

There can be problems for some recipients attaching IN the email.

The thing is, I don't want the reciepients to have to open an attachment - I just want the message to come up embedded in the message - graphics and all.
