I received a document that was prepared in MS Works. I don't have MS Works, I have MS Word.

Do you know how I can open the document so it is legible? I tried to let the computer chose a document to open it with and that did not work.

    Thank you,

Try the following and see if it opens a legible copy of the Works document:

    In Word, select Open (Ctrl-O).
In the Files of type field select Works 6.0 - 9.0 (*.wps)
Then navigate to your Works document, highlight it and click Open
