On my general tab (I'm running WinME) I have selective startup checked and every box under it is checked. Others have Normal start-up checked on the general tab. Whichever works for you.

Post what you have running and we can make suggestions.

Start, run, msinfo32 and hit ok....go to software, startups, edit, select all, edit, copy and come back and paste.

Well, you don't need webshots, other than that it's pretty darn lean :)

On the general tab, as a rule, you don't need autoexec.bat and config.sys. If everything is running ok and those two aren't unchecked, you can try to uncheck them to speed up startup time.
