when I call this up there are some of them I would like to remove how? Several are in there more than once.

I take it you are referring to the entries appearing under the Startup tab. If so just uncheck (untick) them. If you wish to get rid of them entirely out of the StartUp list (and make sure you are satisfied that this is what you want to do) this can be achieved easily and safely by using a freeware program named Startup Cop which you can download from this site

Click start--run--type regedit and click ok. Navigate to and open the Run keys shown below. You can delete the entries from the right pane there.

HKEY_Local_Machine--Software--Microsoft--Windows--CurrentVersion--Run, Run-, RunServices, RunServices-, RunServicesOnce

LoadPowerProfile should appear twice in msconfig. That's normal. Maybe you should tell us what the other duplicates are before you remove them.
