When I open MS Word either directly or through clicking on a document, an MSDOS window opens multiple times that says "Finished - spool32" on top and in the window says "This program cannot be run in DOS mode." I have a feeling it has something to do with the printer but I'm unable to look at the printer drivers in the control panel or reinstall them, since, when I try, the same MSDOS window opens again. Whenever these windows open, I'm unable to work in that or any other program, and most Ctl-Alt-Del to quit the offending program and windows. ANY HELP WITH THIS IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
