Msgsrv32 not responding

    > If my computer crashes or freezes etc etc and I need to press the
    > reset button scan disk runs and finishes and then I see only a blank
    > blue screen with no icons on. This sometimes leads to windows loading
    > 5-10 mins later or either not at all. In this case I end up inserting
    > my windows startup disk and entering scanreg /restore to get my
    > computer running properly again.
