    I have installed additional memory, and a new processor in my pc, and now cannot load win98. I get and error message:-
    program saa7146.dll requires saa714x.386. i can use win98 but only in safe mode.
    what do I need to do to correct this.

    What kind of install disks do you have for your various hardware? or Software. Do you use a restore? What brand is your computer. What video card ,sound card?

    I'm sorry. I forgot to mention that from what I found, this appears to be a driver for a Phillips multimedia Board. That would explain why you cannot get into Windows.
