msi mobo

    hi i have a old tiny computer (we got it free from the council(which is why its so useless))which i need to upgrade the processor .i know how to do it but i cant find any info on the net about how much faster processor it can support i don't wont to spend a lot of money on it as i have built a new computer and it will replace it in a bout 2 years time we only use this computer for word processing and email but its only got a 1ghz processor so it is so slow
    here are the specs
    1ghz celeron
    512mb ram
    18.2gb hdd
    32mb agp vid
    MSI MS-6323
    and a crucial scan report

    Also what socket is it its 6 year old so i know its 370 or 478 not a 775

    Looking through Google, seems this board has a Socket 370 processor. Of course, you could always pop off the CPU fan and see what the socket says.
