i am using ntl broadband and my internet seems to be working fine, however when trying to log into msn explorer, it it claiming there is either a problem with their service or my internet connection. I dont understand how the problem can b with my internet connection if i can use my normal internet instead of msn explorer perfectly fine?!

i am then having difficulties signing into msn as it is saying my password is incorrect when i am 99.9% sure that it is correct. I then try accessing the hotmail website to change my password, however it is not letting me onto the site!

this is the 2nd day in which ive been having the same problems

can someone please help?
would be much appreciated

If you initiate Internet Explorer or Outlook Express what happens? When refer to to
i am then having difficulties signing into msn
or that
when trying to log into msn explorer
do you mean that you're having difficulty when you try to initiate MSN Explorer.?" Is that correct?

Are you trying to use MSN Explorer 8? If so that browser package is exclusively for users that have MSN as their ISP. And since I assume you're not a subscriber to MSN Internet Service you're Username and Password would be invalid on that Network whereas they are valid if you just use the free MSN Explorer 7. Am I right or wrong about you trying to use MSN 8?

Or, the MSN servers that involve that free version may simply be flooded and not able to honor your request.

You may need to uninstall MSN Explorer in the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel; Restart your computer; Then reinstall MSN Explorer. You Favorites will reappear as they were before in several days.
