    Hi
I want to restrict the use of MSN Messenger by kids, especially the chat. I can't seem to block it through "internet options" in IE5.5. Is there an easy way to block it when I want to without going out and buying some software?
    Thanks

You can open msn and go to tools>options>privacy tab>there you can change the password and have it prompt for password everytime before it will sign in.
